Bloating is that swollen feeling in your lower abdomen. Sometimes the belly protrudes out and is distended. Many times the belly is filled with gas and bloating is a symptom. Now that it is summer and we are more likely to be by the pool in a bathing suit, this water will help to flatten the belly. Of course it works in conjunction with other diet factors, but drinking this regularly can help to get you to that flatten stomach.
The foods we eat and the stresses we have in life can seriously affect us. When it does, it is common for the body to react and give us signs that something isn't okay. Infusing water with pineapple, cinnamon, and fennel seeds help to enhance the body with certain nutritional properties that work to remove inflammation and increase blood flow. When the body has an enhanced and concentrated form of a specific enzyme called bromelain, which helps to reduce swelling and inflammation. This in conjunction with fennel seeds which are soothing for any tummy/digestive problems it aids in reducing bloating. When cinnamon and honey are paired together they relieve the digestive track from the disturbance it is feeling, in this case bloating. When these nutrients all work together they become more effective.
