This is a very simple recipe and even kids love this superfood meal! This recipe makes for a great breakfast or lunch.
Yields 2 servings
2 packets of Acai pulp (Sambazon)
2 bananas (1 1/2 to blend and the rest for garnish)
1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Organic Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
Place all the ingredients expect those for garnish in a blender.
Start the speed on low then switch to high so that it is smooth and well blended.
Pour into 2 bowls and garnish as desired.
Serve and enjoy!
